At Resume Raccoon, we don't just  write professional resumes; we are dedicated to maximizing your success. If, within 60 days of receiving your resume, you don't see a  significant increase in job interviews, we'll rewrite it for you, free of charge. Simply inform us in writing within 180 days of receiving your final copy. Please note that certain packages are eligible for this guarantee.

While all sales are considered final, we prioritize your satisfaction by providing multiple drafts and revisions. Our dedicated resume writers will collaborate with you during the revision process until your are completely content with your resume. 

To gather the essential details about your past experience and current goals, we have developed an introductory questionnaire. This questionnaire allows you to succinctly communicate what matters most to  you. Completing the questionnaire should only take a few minutes of your time, and the responses you provide will guide your writer in restructuring and rewriting your resume. While having a previous resume  is not mandatory, it can be helpful in expediting the resume writing process by covering the basics.
